Excellent and Honest Sales I can sum this down into 2 words which are Excellent and Honest, I expected to be crossed with aggression when I walked into this dealership but inste I can sum this down into 2 words which are Excellent and Honest, I expected to be crossed with aggression when I walked into this dealership but instead I met Mr. Johnathan Weidner completely opposite and courteous from beginning to end. I was impressed on how he serviced us, he wasn't aggressive he was open minded and had a goal which was to get me what I wanted. What I liked about him is that he was very trusting when it came to his own family we literally sat down and not only spoke sales but he introduced me to photo's of his beautiful family and was honest with me in saying he was new to the sales game and wanted to make sure he started off making his customers feel wanted and not like a number. What he didn't know he didn't make up and that was another important factor in the sale of my new SUV he literally told me "I don't know but let me ask" and soon there I was greeted by a Supervisor that shows a lot that a Supervisor would come to the aid in a moments notice. Overall I was very happy with Johnathan which to this day he contacts me with updates and Customer appreciation. Keep up the great work Universal Hyundai and most importantly take care of Johnathan he is a great asset. More
