Carlos R. was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product and was able to answer all of our questions so I felt I knew what I was getting. I was able to get really good financing and I appreciate the option of the maitinence package, I like the piece of mind knowing my oil changes are already paid for and that my warranty is going to be valid for several years. Don't believe the radio ads though, if they sound too good to be true, the probably are. I even called ahead to verify the "Triple your down pavement" promotion worked on the models I wanted to test drive, and was told it would work. Turned out it didn't, so that was a let down. More

Great Experience and Relationship Ramces was a great person to talk to. I was looking to buy my first new used car, and he helped out a lot. He knew exactly what he was talking about, Ramces was a great person to talk to. I was looking to buy my first new used car, and he helped out a lot. He knew exactly what he was talking about, and gave me great tips of things I should look for in cars. He encouraged me to guy the car that wasn't the highest prices, but was the best fit for me and what I was looking for. I easily developed trust in him and I would, and will, easily recommend him to anyone who is in the area that wants to buy a car. Finally, and one of the most important things, he was very understanding. Obviously, we knew the day once we left the car lot that the car could be sold to anyone else, but he was the one that was understanding and knew that we just had to talk to my mom so she knew all of the details of the purchase. He knew that we would be back the next morning to buy the car. He was a great sales consultant! More

I'm still waiting I bought a 2015 Kia Optima. By the time we drove the car the car mats where on the car, and when we did the paper work and finally got the car the mat I bought a 2015 Kia Optima. By the time we drove the car the car mats where on the car, and when we did the paper work and finally got the car the mats were gone. The sales guy Adam told me not to worry he'll get them by a week, we'll it's been 2 months and as I came to the dealer again, the answer is we have to wait till another Kia gets here so they can get them (steal) from that car and give them to me... Really???? More
