We went in knowing what I have bought several cars in my lifetime and this experience with Universal Hyundai was the best experience I have ever had. We went in knowing what we wanted and Steven listed to our wants and let us know what was available on the lot. We got lucky that the perfect car we were looking for was just delivered to the lot that morning. Any questions we had were answered immediately and everyone was pleasant and helpful.
