Found the dealership to be shady on pricing at best. I was given one price on the site and when I received the final price it included a 3000.00 reconditioning fee, which on its own shows that you lied I was given one price on the site and when I received the final price it included a 3000.00 reconditioning fee, which on its own shows that you lied about the price of the vehicle, 2) the vehicle only had 12000 miles so there is no way you did 3000.00 of "Reconditioning to it". Next after buying a 32000.00 vehicle you didn't even have the professionalism to fill it up with gas. Great customer care. Then I had a 100.00 coupon for the vehicle through True Cars that was not honored at all. I bought the car because it was what i wanted, not because of the dealership at all. I will not recommend anyone coming to your dealership until you actually start acting like you care about the customer. I can only imagine if this is how you treat someone buying a car, what it would be like coming back for service or care. It's the little things that customers remember when buying a car and you missed the mark. More
