Welcome to Universal Hyundai, where all you are is a number. This dealership started off great and showed their true colors in the end. The sales associate that helped me was good. But not great. Overall, he seemed less interested in helping me than I would have imagined. I almost felt like a bother. I bet he wasn't expecting to sell a car as soon as business opened that day, but, he did. Throughout the process, he was good but lacked energy. Wasn't excited about selling the car. Almost like he was trying to dissuade me. And why do I feel like that? When it came to the final numbers. The difference from the sales side and finance department is night and day. When dealing with the sales associate he seemed to want to sell me the highest interest rate possible. He kept saying we ran your credit, and this is the best rate. And I knew it was on the high side. Im not bragging but my credit rate usually dictates the lowest APR. So when he gave me the number I just didn't believe it. I was going to get this car regardless but if I had to I would just refinance the car. After agreeing to terms with a little negotiation we went back to the finance department. The first thing when i got to the finance department was a wonderful gentlemen who said "Let's get you the best rate". We went over a few banks rates and landed on one that i agreed to which was 1.5% lower than what Matt said was "the best rate" available. After adding gap insurance it still was below the initial value Matt had promised me was the best rate. Once the paper work was completed, He brought the car back to be cleaned. It was never cleaned. And if it was those people in the back should be ashamed. I wanted to say something but I had already been there 6 hours. Also, either he or the mechanics put the wrong screw on the license plate holder. So to get it out they had to rip it out and now the top left hole no longer accepts a screw. Matt knew this because when he came back with the car "detailed" he had to place the screws for the temp tag on the top right and bottom left holes. I thought it was weird but it worked. When I got home I found out why. The grommet that holds the screw on the top left hole was gone. To get the wrong screw out in the beginning the mechanics broke it. So now I have to find a new plate holder. The car was given to me with a 20% charge (a Tesla was purchased). You would figure, after buying a new electric vehicle, they would have at least topped off the battery. If I had bought a new gas car I'm sure it would have come with a free tank of gas. So why this? Geico recently also contacted me about canceling my policy since they never got the registration information, even for the temp tag. Matt had my insurance info. I don't understand why he didn't send them the information. I still have a temporary tag on my vehicle that expires in 2 weeks. When will I receive that new registration? Probably going to have to contact the DMV and make a claim. Last, my gift card. I received an email that if I took a test drive at your dealership I would get a $25 gift card. Matt said he would take care of this. Nope. Still waiting. Additionally, I had emailed him because he still had me on his automated message system, but never responded. Not surprised. I will say your dealership had the the car I was after. But my experience was awful. Seven total hours and I got a dirty car with a dead battery. If you are looking for a honest, no smoke and mirrors dealership, this isn't it. It amazes me to this day, after contacting the dealership, they have not responded at all. This shows me they cater to ripping off customers on high interest loans and offering them crappy service. I will NEVER buy from this place again and I urge you all to do the same if you value your money and time. More

Purchased used car as is. AC stopped working on the way home. I trusted that the car was inspected and any issues would have been disclosed. Do not believe that the dealer was not aware of something this major. When I called them, they offered a free diagnostic exam and fix it only if it was minor repair. They said that I would have to pay to fix major repairs. Will not buy there again or recommend them. More
