HIGHLY disappointed! I bought this car in the hope of trying to get the hybrid the dealer made it impossible for me to get the hybrid as if they didn’t have any in stock I bought this car in the hope of trying to get the hybrid the dealer made it impossible for me to get the hybrid as if they didn’t have any in stock all week. When called other sales agents confirm they had and sold them. I was always told they can bring them in easily but they were all in Miami. When I decided for just buy the Tuscan limited which has all the features and more. A week later the audio completely stopped working to my car. I went serval times to the dealer for help, my salesperson and manger didn’t do anything to help. All they told me was to make an appointment to services. Service at the dealership is IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HELP. I made serval appointments and the wait has always been more than 3-5 hours wait with an appointment. Still until now nobody has made any effort to help me. All I’m told is to leave the car at service over night which is ridiculous. More
