I brought my car in for a warranty claim, which should have been a simple process. My part was delay because of COVID ( I completely understand that the shop has limited control over this). My dissatisfac have been a simple process. My part was delay because of COVID ( I completely understand that the shop has limited control over this). My dissatisfaction doesn't have anything to do with the part being delayed and everything to do with the lack of costumer service I received from my service advisor Greg. My car was in the shop for 2 months, and he never once reached out to me to give me an update. In fact, I would call to check on the status and could not get him to call me back. This did not happen once or even twice, this happened over 4 times. I finally had to go to the shop to speak with him in person. The day I picked up my car, He told me the car would be ready in 15 minutes. I let him know that I had to top off the gas tank of my rental. He assured me that was no problem and everything would be ready to go when I got back. Upon my return, no one could find him. The porters looked and called but his phone sat on the desk. After waiting 20 minutes for final check out, a porter finally helped me with the paperwork so that I could leave. I will not be returning for future work on my car. This was the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. More

Everything went exactly as I expected it to - it always does. It was time for "routine" maintenance - my service advisor, Andres greeted me timely; and he already knew what was needed.
