Poor customer service with Sales department. I arrived at the dealership at 10:30 am. The agent I had an appointment with was 1:15 late in arriving. I decided not to trade in the vehicle intend I arrived at the dealership at 10:30 am. The agent I had an appointment with was 1:15 late in arriving. I decided not to trade in the vehicle intended so I left after signing all documents at 3:50 pm. I called back at 7:30 to advise I was on my way to pickup the purchased vehicle. As I'm preparing to leave in the newly purchased vehicle, Zakk gave me one key fob. When I requested the second one, he said he's been looking for it and had hoped he to find it before I returned. Carlos, the manager offered to order one and I would have to pay half. I will not agree to this. I've been waiting since Friday morning to hear from him. Also on my way home in the newly purchased vehicle, the service required light came on. Zakk said it's a reminder of a service that may be due in 9000 miles. Go figure! When these discrepancies are completed, I'll certainly advise dealer rater.com. I'm also going to file a complaint with Auto Club since they referred me for this transaction More
