Above and beyond From the moment I came in, I was greeted by such warm faces. I came in to get a second opinion on my shocks and struts and thank god I did. Dennys Vac From the moment I came in, I was greeted by such warm faces. I came in to get a second opinion on my shocks and struts and thank god I did. Dennys Vaca is extremely kind and is thorough with explaining what they are planning to do with your vehicle. He told me there was a recall on my power roof and that they’d take care of that and look into my concern also. While I was waiting I get a phone call saying how it wasn’t my struts that was the issue but the stabilizers and connecting links which honestly made me cry a little. I was thinking how I couldn’t afford to fix it right now but I knew I was gonna be back just not within the month. I told me just to take care of the sunroof and he said okay we’ll handle it for you. A few minutes later I get another call saying that he spoke to the manager and got me a deal to get everything replaced. Even though I dropped waaaaaay more than I expected, I felt comfortable doing so because Dennys made the connection with me and made me feel like I was in good hands. The service took about 4 hours which was fast in my opinion and it was cool that Dennys kept updating me on what’s happening and kept me in the loop. Honestly because of his service, I’m definitely coming back. I feel safe and like they’re not just trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars and up sale the crap out of me. I feel like they genuinely care about the safety of their customers and because of that, I’m making this location my new go to spot whenever there’s something wrong.
