The customer service at this dealership is absolutely horrible. My stepdaughter, Christina Cardona, has a 2025 Nissan PATHFINDER which was recalled and they gave her 2025 Nissan Rogue. Her current vehicl horrible. My stepdaughter, Christina Cardona, has a 2025 Nissan PATHFINDER which was recalled and they gave her 2025 Nissan Rogue. Her current vehicle the Rogue has transmission issues which she provided via video documentation. This dealership has held her hostage nearly all day long only to tell her that there is nothing they can do since they couldn’t replicate the transmission discrepancy. This is not how customer service goes. Not to mention she is a disabled Air Force veteran who has put her trust and faith to this dealership only to be treated like this. UNACCEPTABLE! More
