Car shopping is the pits and needs to be restructured, so the price stated needs no negotiating. Our salesperson was very nice and helpful. She answered all of our questions, but with that said, she still ha the price stated needs no negotiating. Our salesperson was very nice and helpful. I found that nothing said on any of the car dealership ads is true. I love my new car, but that is a sad commentary. I still ranked it 3 stars since they are all basically the same. More

Hello. I had diagnostics run on my Nissan Rogue transmission. They said the car transmission was completely broken and needed a new transmission. The estimate was around $4200. I later found out th transmission. They said the car transmission was completely broken and needed a new transmission. The estimate was around $4200. I later found out that those CVT transmissions were originally defective by Nissan and there is a class action lawsuit on that. They have not provided the diagnostics report either. Not very impressed. More
When our trade in died at the local chick fil a. Universal Nissan sent a very nice sales person, Erick Disla, to see if he could get it started. When he couldn't, he took us to the dealership and Universal Nissan sent a very nice sales person, Erick Disla, to see if he could get it started. When he couldn't, he took us to the dealership and helped us make a deal on a new rogue. He made us laugh all the way through the process. As did the financial officer. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Erick. More

Erick Disla is hands down one of the best car salesman I have ever had to deal with. I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and no experience has been better then with Erick. I have been a customer for over 30 years - back when it was Kissimmee Nissan. Have bought 12 new cars from this dealership over the years and have had them serviced there as well. After my last service v was Kissimmee Nissan. Have bought 12 new cars from this dealership over the years and have had them serviced there as well. After my last service visit on 5/1/21 I will never set foot back in the dealership. First of all - couldn't get a standard oil change - had to get synthetic - Nissan requirement, which it isn't - it is suggested, and it even gives the regular oil weight that can be used. Funny thing is, that while I was in GA for a couple of years, the Nissan dealership up there did not force me into a synthetic oil changes... they were all conventional. The service department performed the usual vehicle inspection, including checking my brake pads, and said that my brakes were fine, 7mm and 8mm. Shortly after oil change I noticed that my brakes were noisy, and that it became more of a rubbing noise. Went to a tire place, to get my brakes checked 3 weeks after the oil change, and my rear brakes and rotors needed replacing. My so called good brakes were rubbing metal on metal. I would always recommend Universal Nissan for sales and/or service because they used to be the best. No longer. Mr. Nero, you have lost a long time customer! More
