I had a poor experience at this dealership, would not recommend or buy there again. My business /transaction didn’t feel appreciated or gracious to them. Final price I paid was more than the initially presented final price quote which the sales person did not let me have a copy of. I also asked /reminded my salesperson Justice/Jaylen a good handful of times to remove the added stickers on the rear of the vehicle at the time the car is getting detailed for delivery. He said he would make sure that gets done but did not follow through on that, and even worse he did not even get my car ready for delivery, I do not believe it was detailed at all since the sale stickers and papers were left inside and window sticker still on the windshield—it was in the same state I test drove it in. My salesperson also didn’t even show up to the delivery of my vehicle, the keys were simply handed over to me by a colleague “helping him out”, nor did he have the decency to say he won’t make it or be able to be there for the delivery, I was just asked to sit at a table until someone could get the keys to me. More
