Julio is a great salesperson but also a fantastic human! He worked with me a couple of times in a challenging situation as my husband had Alzheimer’s. This time i was in a difficult situation as my husband had passed away and as a new widow, I wasn’t sure what I should do. Julio showed me some new cars, but also was willing to guide me through the process of purchasing my previously leased car. Purchased new 2026 Cadillac XT5 Sport. Steering wheel was crooked. Service did not correct after 3 times. Finally notified Service Manager & than had to Escalate to Val Ward General Manag Steering wheel was crooked. Service did not correct after 3 times.
