The service advisor Karina Gomez was very knowledgeable and friendly. The service was done pretty quickly and they washed the car and it looked great, until it rained later that day. I had an appointment with Chevy dealer for safety recall and when I got to dealer their Internet was down. Called two more dealers in the area and was told no. Called Val ward and the advisor was very court and when I got to dealer their Internet was down. Called two more dealers in the area and was told no. Called Val ward and the advisor was very courteous and was flexible enough to accommodate me and get the safety recall done. Was forever grateful and the service was outstanding.
