Service staff are stumped with solving a problem with the car. Technical support from GM can’t solve the problem. There is I guess an apparent design flaw in the A/C system that has no solution except to b car. Technical support from GM can’t solve the problem. I will work through the situation as best we can and find a different car when the lease on this one runs out. The Service Dept. has done their best…this is not a question of their expertise. I have been very happy with Cadillac for 33 years. But this is not an inexpensive car…I expect a higher level of design and operation. More
