But the whole experience was made by working with Randall... My husband and I were in a time crunch and had traveled quite a distance - we had also been at other dealers since 10am that morning and were tired. I called 10 minutes before arriving and asked to speak to someone in sales and I am so thankful it was Randall who answered! I told him which Odyssey I was interested in and to please have it ready - he had it warmed up and ready to see. We never felt like Randall was trying to "sell" but he is knowledgable - he is genuine, kind, honest, respectful and when we went on a test drive it was like talking to an old friend. Over the last two weeks we had been to over 6 dealerships and were so disappointed with the lack of service and the overall disingenuous people we encountered - it also seemed like no one was interested in selling us a car. Randall Rosen is a standard by which all salesmen should follow and Valley Honda is a great model of customer orientated dealership. Can't say enough good things! More

No pressure at all during the entire sale. He worked to get what we needed, not what he wanted to sell. One major highlight is how he sat in my new Civic with me to go over all the features and explain how all functions work in the vehicle. He spent a great amount of time with me trying to get a feature set up on my phone to link to the Civic. He made sure my needs were met before moving on to someone else when most salespersons would rush me out to move on to their next sale! Nick is the man. See him for your new car purchase. I wanted the same, safe car that had protected me in my crash and Eileen was just the person to go to! She had helped my family with a previous Civic purchase (we're a Honda family!) and I had heard nothing but wonderful things about Eileen and her exceptional service. Sure enough, Eileen was able to get me right back into a new Honda Civic and has helped make this unfortunate situation so much easier! Thanks for everything, Eileen! More
Super Service Unfortunately, the car we had leased from Katy a year ago for my college son was totaled the day before Thanksgiving, which gave us a short window in Unfortunately, the car we had leased from Katy a year ago for my college son was totaled the day before Thanksgiving, which gave us a short window in which to find a replacement. We were also at a disadvantage because we were not financially prepared for a totaled car and, not having leased a car before, we weren't sure how everything would work out between our insurance and Honda Financial. Since Honda Financial was closed for the holiday and our insurance company was unable to get payoff information, we ventured out blindly. Having had a good experience with Katy and Valley Honda, we stopped in on Black Friday. Not only did Katy remember us but she helped us get through a difficult situation. We are thankful to Katy and Jab Rahman, Sales Manager, for working with us to lease another Civic and have my son back on the road to college Saturday morning. Also, thanks to Mari Rios for getting us in and out of the business office in a timely fashion. They were all very friendly and professional. I am continually amazed by how meticulously maintained everything is at Valley Honda from the showroom down to the labeled drawers in the area where the cars are prepped prior to pick up. I mentioned to Katy that I was totally impressed while in the men's room because a guy in a white shirt and tie was wiping down the sink. She laughed and said that it was probably the owner who is a stickler for detail and not above doing whatever it takes to keep things in top shape for the customers. More

Besides it was lacking all of the Bluetooth Features of today. Since I put on 100 miles per day, this was a necessary feature for me. I had been in at Valley Honda and speaking with Jonathan Olivaras regarding the 2014 CRV's as I wanted something with AWD. Jonathan showed me the 2014 CRV and I was not impressed with the interior seating. When the 2015 came out Jonathan called me and we went to look at it. It was much improved over the 2014's. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable about the cars that Honda sells, his cheerful smile, work attitude and is very positive about what he is doing. It shows. Since I was also looking at the accords, he had the porter's going back and forth to have cars brought over for me to see. It is nice to see someone passionate about his job. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Jonathan Olivares and Valley Honda. Bill More

As I was looking for a car for myself, I told my wife we should consider looking at the new Odyssey's. Some of the biggest reason's were the upgraded Bluetooth capabilities, the advanced camera's both rear and side view and the lane watch. This was the fifth Honda purchased since 2000. Valley Honda has taken good care of our cars. On this day, Jonathan Olivares had been really working hard. We were looking at three different deals at one point in time, working a trade in for two cars. He had the porter's running cars from the lot across the street and finally getting them all prepped for us to leave. In addition, he did a through job explaining all of the features and settings for us. He was there after hours and didn't complain about getting home to his family.
