In short, we had a great experience - and I am not given to hyperbole. This is a pro dealership, and our salesperson (Nikki Anderson) made the experience of buying a car...gulp...actually enjoyable. My own standard of a fair/good deal when it comes to buying a car is this: Would I have paid more, and would the dealer accepted less? I like to think the answer in both cases would be "yes". Also, it's worth noting that aside from service, price and general sales acumen, Valley pays attention to small details that other local Honda dealers seem to take for granted. To wit, the comfort (and creature comforts) of it's waiting lounge, the cleanliness of its kids' "Play Room" and the quality of their coffee (important when your spending hours on end in the process of making a deal). Nice job, Valley Honda, and nice job Nikki. We will be recommending this dealership to others. More

Our previous car, a Mazda 6, started having some issues and we decided to buy a Honda this time since our previously owned Hondas were always reliable and fun to drive. I contacted Andy Kovalsky at Valley Honda and set-up an appointment to test drive the Honda Accord and Civic that we were interested in. We arrived at the dealership at 5:30 pm with my wife and two daughters, aged 3 and half and 7 years old, By 9:00 pm we were driving back home in our new Honda Accord. This gives you an idea of how smoothly the whole transaction proceeded. Andy had the cars ready to be test driven and was very helpful with answering our questions and helping us decide between the two. He was always polite, friendly and very important mindful of our two little girls. He would not forget to talk to them too and most importantly would not let them without hot chocolate. When the time came to discuss the price, Andy and James Kirpanos from Valley Honda offered us the best price we could get (I had already done some research and had talked to some other local dealers) and from that point on it took a few signatures to get us in our new Honda Accord. In short, great products (Hondas are great!), great service, great prices from Valley Honda. Finally, this was our experience with Valley Honda 4 years ago as well when we were buying a new car for my wife. In that case though we ended up buying a new Audi A4 from an Audi dealership because of the all wheel drive. More
