I was contacted by Mario after I had gone online. Right from the get go I informed him "I am not a stupid woman. I know what I want and when I want it." He never pushed as most do. He always made it a suggestion not a push. In my search for my new Honda I did of course contact other dealers. I was not impressed by the others, especially the extremely arrogant salesman at Bemis Honda in Dekalb. He made my purchase decision very easy to go through Valley Honda. We had been researching Coupe Models and had narrowed it down to Volkswagen (Beetle) and Honda(Civic). We were looking for a model with good MPG ratings, curb appeal, and interior options. He drove up in(spoiler alert!) our car, a charcoal grey beauty that we loved. Bill walked us through the features and we went for a test drive. We were sold!
