A Christmas Dream! I had the most amazing experience at Valley Honda! Eileen, Kurt, Mohit and Madi were so helpful and made my experience great! Eileen listened to my ne I had the most amazing experience at Valley Honda! Eileen, Kurt, Mohit and Madi were so helpful and made my experience great! Eileen listened to my needs, and matched me with the perfect fit! Eileen suggested the 2015 Honda Civic EX-L because its attractive, has great gas mileage and very affordable! The vehicle has everything I need! Mohit helped me pick out the best accessories; I LOVE the LED illumination lights! Kurt went above and beyond assisting me with financial questions, and any paperwork questions I had! Madi was great with making sure I was prepared for everything! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating with their time! And trust me, I used a LOT of their time, especially Aldo who test drove multiple cars with me! The day I picked up my car, everything went smoothly! Eileen took the time to explain everything to me, from what the User Manual said to every button in the car! I had lots of questions, and she was happy to answer them and had such a positive attitude! Madi was so organized with all the documents I needed to sign, and took the time to explain what I was signing and what 'GAP' insurance is :)! But Roland made us comfortable right from the beginning and made the entire process enjoyable. He answered all our questions about the car and helped us choose appropriate extra's based on our own personal needs. Thank God we took Roland's advice/explanation of the Honda Navigation System and selected to have it factory installed rather than using our smartphones as plug-ins...we would have hated doing that each and every time we drive. Our saleswoman, Cheryl Butler, was kind, understanding, and straightforward. She gave a more than fair price on a 2014 Honda Civic, was patient with the test drives, and helped personalize my vehicle before I drove it off the lot.
