No Pressure Sales I had been considering 3 different vehicles (2 were Honda models) and been in contact with 5 different dealers in the area. Some of those experiences I had been considering 3 different vehicles (2 were Honda models) and been in contact with 5 different dealers in the area. Some of those experiences were lackluster to say the least, but not my experience at Valley Honda. I prefer to work out the basics via email and telephone and that was just fine with my salesman Brian Vogel. Brian did a good job providing details as I requested them and was always courteous and professional. My face to face experience with Brian was the same - no pressure, just the facts and no ambiguous promises. The sales and finance teams worked with me on my trade-in, the financing was better than i had obtained on my own. on the day it was most convenient to take delivery and sign paperwork Brian was not available, but he put me in contact with Jeremy Andrews and he was every bit as personable and professional as Brian. The worst (i.e. high pressure) part of any car purchase is the time spent with the finance manager, but not this time. The Finance manager was pleasant, friendly and easy to work with as we finalized the paperwork. I would buy again despite the fact that it is an hour and twenty minutes away and that i pass 3 other honda dealerships on the way to them. More

Just bought my first Honda, definitely wont be my last! I called ahead and spoke with Katy regarding a Civic that I was interested in. He was a super personable guy that I felt I could trust and rely on. His concerns and problem solving were super reasonable and straight forward while being ethical about everything.
