In our case we had a very relaxed, no pressure, sales approach from a very straight forward sales representative by the name of Alicia Machen-Roman. Our family felt like we were dealing with a long time friend. Alicia was courteous and attentive to our questions and needs and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. The facility offers many amenities including family friendly activities to keep the rest of the family content during the final business transactions. Wonderful New Car Experience- 2014 Honda Odyssey Although I loathe car shopping, Brian truly made buying a new car enjoyable for the first time in my life (I'm 41). From his first email reply until Although I loathe car shopping, Brian truly made buying a new car enjoyable for the first time in my life (I'm 41). From his first email reply until he waved goodbye to my wife and me in our new Odyssey a few weeks later, Brian's sincerely friendly, informative, and supportive service made me glad we chose Brian and Valley Honda. With Brian, there are no high pressure sales tactics -- just genuine conversations. After using a car-buying service to establish a great baseline price for a 2014 Honda Odyssey, I communicated with several of the most reputable dealerships in Chicagoland to negotiate an even lower price. Many dealerships played games by quoting low Odyssey prices by phone/email, but ultimately offering poor trade-in values for my 2007 Toyota Corolla when I visited. However, thorough online research revealed how great a deal I could reasonably expect to negotiate. After receiving two excellent offers, I gave Valley Honda the final opportunity to earn my business by providing evidence of my current best offer and asking for better. Simply put, Brian and Valley Honda respected both my intelligence and my time and appreciated that I had given them a final price to either meet or not. Within an hour of arriving at the dealership, my Corolla had been appraised and Valley Honda agreed to an exceptional price (with -.25% lower sales tax than Cook County!). And before my wife and I pulled away in our new vehicle, Brian took ample time to explain the high-tech features of our new minivan. Brian is a gem of a salesperson in an industry with too many duds. I strongly encourage everyone to give Brian and Valley Honda an opportunity to earn your business.
