Bob Mueller was my salesperson, and was immediately responsive ( answered my internet request within an hour), gave a very competitive price up front I(no games or haggling needed(, followed through on every request I had to add options, and personally located the vehicle (hard to find color) in the time frame promised. Bob was respectful of my time and helped get things organized on the purchase before I got there to be more efficient. I did it all by phone and never met Bob or saw the car in person until I got there ready to buy. I kept waiting for the surprise or the gotcha, but there wasn't any! Everything was as described, and the purchase went extremely smooth. Valley Honda dealership is one of the cleanest I have seen, and the new car delivery area (in a clean garage) is an pleasant surprise! Very friendly finance person, no hard sell on the maintenance contracts, efficient and nice to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend Bob or Valley Honda to anyone making a new Honda purchase. The specials they had in their advertisements were enough to bring us in for a look.Once there, we were greeted by Tom Propersi who worked with us and gave us the information we needed to make the decision to lease both cars, a Fit and a Civic. It was a long day, we started at around 1:00 pm and ended around 7:00 pm, Tom was the best personal assistant in any type of sale we have ever had. He was very patient and very knowledgeable on both cars. While there we were so hungry he even brought us pizza from the sales floor. We felt very bad at taking all his time on a Saturday but he was wonderful to work with. We even got to meet the owner Bob Navarre. I have never been in such a beautiful, large more efficient running dealership than this one. Run with smooth excellence, even fresh flowers in the ladies room. In our 38 yrs of marriage we have bought many many many new cars and this was over and above the best experience. We HIGHLY suggest asking for Tom Propersi. My boyfriend and I went to Valley Honda because I was interested in the 2014 Honda Civic. I was greeted immediately by Brian Bishop who was very down to earth and personable. He asked me what I am looking for and I gave him all of the details. He found my perfect car and we took it out for a test drive. I asked a great deal of questions and he was able to answer all of them. Afterwards, we sat down to negotiate everything out. I was on a very tight budget and wanted my car to be within a certain price range. However, I wanted a fully loaded car. Brain was very patient and tried his best to talk to his manager. After spending more than 4 hours working with me, Brian was able to help me find a manageable plan and with the interest rate that I wanted. He helped me hook up my phone to my car and went through my manual with me. I definitely say that Brian is one of the best sales person I have ever worked with. He is very patient and never rushed me into my decision. I asked him multiple times if I can talk privately to my boyfriend and Brian was very respectful. He is also very responsible for his words. Brian thought that the remote start kit that I ordered came with two remotes and told us that we will be receiving two remotes. However, later on, we found out that we only get one per kit. Brian felt really bad that he gave us the wrong information, therefore offered to pay out of his own pocket, for the second remote!!! Many sales person would not do that!! I am definitely going back to Brian Bishop at this dealership in the future! More
