I met with salesperson Eileen Davis, and right from the start, it was a professional and courteous experience. She spent the time to discuss the trim levels of the Accord and finally decided to stay with my decision to purchase the EX-L V6. As with the majority of transactions with a trade, the trade dollar typically is the deal maker or breaker. Mohit Saini worked together with the used car manager to present a fair dollar on the trade. That sealed the deal and I'm now the proud owner of a fully loaded Accord. The amenities of this unit are too numerous to mention, but for the price and quality behind the Honda nameplate, it was a bargain by today's standards. I have purchased more vehicles in the past 30 years than I care to count, and I've had my fair share of smooth transactions along with nightmare deals. But Valley Honda represented by Eileen and Mohit was a 150% fantastic experience! I highly recommend Valley Honda to anyone interested in purchasing their next vehicle, new or used. Joe made this process easy from start to finish. I talked to him on the phone and told him I was turning in my 2011 Odyssey from a lease. I told him I wanted another Odyssey. We ended up wanting one they did not stock, so he drove to Indiana and picked it up. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour once the car arrived (which was far quicker than I expected), and that includes the paperwork with finance. By far the best car buying experience I have ever experienced...and I have purchased at least 20 vehicles in my lifetime. No question I am coming back to Valley Honda. I have never liked dealing with the purchase of vehicles and generally loathe meetings with salespeople of any sort. From the moment we walked into the dealership to a couple days afterwards, my brother and and generally loathe meetings with salespeople of any sort. From the moment we walked into the dealership to a couple days afterwards, my brother and I have both been ranting about how this was probably one of the coolest places we've ever visited. Nice show room and very professionally laid out. People were dressed up and very business like. But I'm a goofy young man and I don't always care for all the show and class. When the staff spoke with us, I didn't feel like I was talking to professionals only concerned with keeping a corporate mandated image. I felt like I was chatting with locals at a neighborhood hang out. Everyone, young and old, had this sense of wanting to do business, but at no point in time making it feel like we had to purchase anything. In fact, details that would easily make me walk away from some deals were not only expressed, but assured to me that they were looked at and there was nothing major to be worried about. I drove away with a pretty awesome car and if I ever have to go back to this place, my biggest fear is that I'll end buying another one, haha. You guys have a beautiful facility and it's such a good vibe being around everyone that works at the place. Even the techs in the back gathered around a little bit to talk about how nice the car was and you can tell these people really liked doing what they do. It was very comfortable and good to know that your vehicles are in good hands. Working with Allan through both phone and email messages was a breeze. He made mention of being either new to the job or new to the dealership, but my impression is that he's the only type of salesperson I would ever want to deal with. He had not just great knowledge about the car, but was real laid back and calm about the whole purchase, while keeping the mindset of making a quality sale. Great experience overall! I went to a few dealers I had shortlisted based on Internet reviews, to buy a Honda Civic. I went to Valley Honda first, and after visiting a few other dealerships, I realized I w shortlisted based on Internet reviews, to buy a Honda Civic. I went to Valley Honda first, and after visiting a few other dealerships, I realized I was getting the best deal here. I even got financing though my situation was tricky considering my visa status. The dealership as such is huge and very well maintained with lots of amenities for customers. The only downside I experienced was that I had to interact with multiple personnel due to varying shifts that did lead to a little miscommunication but that was dealt with quite professionally. Highly recommended. More
