I have leased three cars from Valley Honda and have found the dealership to be a real cut above many of the others I have been to in the past. Customer Service and their service department are very customer friendly and hassle-free. Nick Theodor, who is the sales associate I have been involved with all three times, is very friendly and tries to give you the best possible deal for your car. I just recently leased another Civic and worked once again with Nick. I discussed with him what I was willing to pay and that I wanted my payment lower than what I was currently paying and he was able to meet my requirements. I've been very happy working with Nick and buying from Valley Honda and will definitely be back to see them in three years when my new lease is up. More

My wife and I came in here looking for a lease after her '03 Chevy finally died on us. However, our experience at Valley couldn't have been better. Nick was absolutely great throughout the entire process - helpful, informative, and honest, and not pushy in any way. This was the first time either of us needed a new car, and I was expecting a pretty rough nerve-racking experience, but the process here was completely smooth from start to finish, and we absolutely love the Civic we picked out. While I hope our other old car lasts as long as possible, if/when it goes, we already know that we'll be coming back here. More

To-day I stopped by at the dealership to check on getting a damaged fender repaired. Nick saw me and greeted with great enthusiasm, when he saw the damaged fender he showed great concern and tried and suc a damaged fender repaired. He then gave the car a complimentary carwash and Lorenzo wiped the car dry. The car is fixed so well and I can not believe that I damaged the fender, it looked very very normal. This is very good example of great service after the sale. I bought the car from Nick almost three years ago and he still remembered me and helped in time of need. Usually salesmen do not even bother to greet after the sale is completed. You at Valley Honda should be proud of Employees like Nick and Lorenzo. My sincere thanks to Nick and Lorenzo who came to my rescue, this morning and made mu day that started very rough. More
