First off, I would like to thank Jab for doing an outstanding job working out a deal for us at the last minute. We had wrecked a car and needed something quickly. We were going to be traveling from Rockford, about 1 1/2 hours and we did not want to make 2 trips or waste our time. Jab was able to get me where i needed to be price wise before we even left the house. When we arrived he had the vehicle prepped and ready, warming up in the lot so we could take our test drive in a warm car. No one else has ever done that. The test drive was just a formality, so we went right to the paper work. Our total time at the dealer until we left with our new vehicle was 1 hour 45 minutes, the fastest ever. Everyone we dealt with was extremly friendly and helpful. I have never seen a cleaner, nicer dealership. Even the shop area was spotless. I would recommend Valley Honda and Jab to anyone. I even plan to make the trips for service instead of using our local Honda Dealer. Plain and simple the BEST car buying experience I have encountered. Thanks so much, The Mershon Family More

Our buying process took about that began with searching vehicles online, then test driving, then sitting with sales and finance to find out if an agreement could be reached. My wife and both work and have a busy schedule, our two young girls had to come with us while doing this shopping. And anyone that has shopped for vehicles knows it is time consuming. Valley Honda appealed to families by having friendly staff, a play room with tv for our girls, hot chocolate and water available and offered all the time, and even a tv monitor to keep an eye on our girls while we were discussing 'adult' issues. In addition, the finance team demonstrated competence in what they were doing and appeared to be working "with us" and not against us (simply trying to make a sale). In summary, from the first sales person we talked to, Jab, to the finance people, and the facilities everyone offered a friendly and supportive service from beginning to end. More

I purchased a 2013 Civic, but only after two separate visits and test driving a few different other models. During my visits management also came over to introduce themselves, asked how the process was going, and ensured that they would work with me to choose the right vehicle for my daughter and me, would work within my budget and needs/wants, and would ensure I was completely happy with the purchase. I cannot say enough about the level of service, the lack of pressure, and the patience that Jack and James displayed throughout the process, even after the sale. Being a first time Honda owner I had several questions after driving the car, all of which were quickly and knowledgeably answered. The only thing I was disappointed in was the financing option and lack of incentives offered on the 2013 models...particularly during auto show week...this was the reason for the only "4" on my rating. The financing cost me more than I had wanted with my excellent credit rating, especially when learning that other dealerships were offering better financing on the same model and year in that same week, however Valley's pricing seemed a bit better than my research on Edmunds and other similar reputable resources. Additionally, the service was exceptional, they gave me a fair trade in value for my current vehicle, and they had what I desired within their inventory. I am happy I joined the ranks of satisfied Honda owners, would very highly recommend Valley Honda, and would most highly recommend Jack or James as great sales people to work with. More
