My wife and I went to Valley Honda to compare the options on each of the four Honda models we were potentially interested in- and to test drive the vehicles we were interested in purchasing. The sales consultant we worked with during our evaluation was James Kirpanos, and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. He answered many of our questions based upon his personal experiences with the various models- which provided a valuable perspective. We did NOT experience any of the often negatively-perceived sales tactics that are so ubiquitous at many other dealerships. The entire car-buying experience was positive from Q&A and test drive through negotiations and papaperwork. I would recommend Valley Honda to anyone looking to purchase a car. I will go back the next time I am considering the purchase a new vehicle. More

My experience with Dwan Alexander can best be described as the easiest car buying experience of my life. I've bought at least 10 cars in my life so far and most of the time it's a stressful process. You all know the usual reasons for this but with Dwan I called him in the morning gave him a number and asked if he could beat a competitors price, he said he would call me back in 20 minutes with an answer which he did and also beat the price. I went to the dealership, met with him and drove off with the car that morning. End to end 2 hours from negotiation to the car in my garage at what I felt was a great price!! Will definitely do business with him again!! More
