I worked with Tommy Mimbs and Dwan Alexander in negotiating the sale of my new 2012 Honda CR-V EXL. We amiably worked out an agreeable deal and the car was prepped as promised. Both gentlemen were great to work withl I worked with Marco Maldonado on the total delivery of the car, including all paperwork, explanation of all associated paperwork, and the final physical delivery of the car, including explanation of operating features, their service department, internet sites, etc. Marco was expedient, polite and thorough. Purchasing our new car from Valley Honda was the best car purchase experience we've ever had. Let me put this comment in some context: We shopped around quite a bit for this new car (2012 CRV EX-L)and ha purchase experience we've ever had. Let me put this comment in some context: We shopped around quite a bit for this new car (2012 CRV EX-L)and had decided to purchase it from another dealer. We even paid the deposit to the dealer. Then on the day when we were to pick the car, when we went to the dealership, they told us that they didn't have the car in stock! What a surprise - we had sold our old car the previous day expecting to get the new car! The dealer did not offer any alternate solution. Not only that, only when we confirmed about the accessories, did the dealer mention that the prices they quoted were for after-market accessories and not the OEM genuine ones! Now compare with the service from Valley Honday - and specifically the salesperson Jim Hanahan. He beat the price of the first dealer and gave us an additional discount. Since the color we wanted wasn't in stock, he was truthful upfront with this and gave us an exact date that we would get the new car. When we explained to him that we had already sold our old car and needed a car soon - he right away offered us a loaner car to drive (a 2011 CRV EX model with just 12K miles on it) - for a full 2 weeks until our new car arrived. Jim kept us updated every few days on the status of the new car! Now here's the gem: On the day we picked our new car, Jim explained to us all the tech features of our new car. However, I couldn't quite figure our how to get a particular feature to work. Jim said - he would read the information and find out how the feature worked and would give us a call!! This is after he already sold the car! Overall - really friendly people and excellent service. And best of all, great price! More

We had a very positive buying experience with Dan Pantalone. My wife and I were unable to decide between a CR-V and a Fit. The Dealership is huge and newly remodeled with many amenities. Best experience I have had buying a Honda (my third one). Valley Honda was recommended by my sister, she said they gave her a great deal. I received an online price for an Odyssey from Mario Morath. Mario was very knowledgeable, my wife and I felt very much at ease from the start of this process. We wanted an Odyssey EX only and we were not pressured to buy something other than what we wanted. We left that day without purchasing this vehicle and after thinking it over and comparing it to the other quotes we received , we decided to get it the next day. At the end of the day we got a great deal, we bought from Mario because of the great service he provided , and we would definitely go back to him next time. More
