Always helpful, accommodating and courteous, he goes the extra mile with incessant energy with the aim of pleasing his customer in ways that have long been lost in the wider American car retailing scene. I always ask for him whenever I go car shopping at Valley Honda in Naperville/Aurora and it's never a disappointment. Although I aways ask for him, I have to add that Valley Honda itself is clearly a place where Nick's style is appreciated and encouraged and it's clear that other customer's are getting similar treatment. Larry was extremely helpful in getting the dream car for our family. He kept a close look out for the car I was looking for and got it ordered for me at the first opportunity.
