It's a very pleasant and comfortable wait while your car is serviced. Consistent quality and very high standards all the way around. So I just bought a 2019 Honda CR-V at Valley Honda a few days ago and the sales experience was just as high quality. Our sales person was Steve Grady. He was very knowledgeable about the CR-V, answered all our questions (and continues to, since he told us to call him anytime!), got tons of settings set for us, walked us thought all the new high tech features, paired our phones, etc., etc. He saved us tons of time by handling so much of the initial setup for us. Besides all this, Steve is super nice, friendly and funny! This is what buying a car SHOULD feel like! More
