Great New Car Buying Experience We just purchased our new 2019 Honda CRV from Valley. This is our second purchase from them. When we Arrived at the dealership for our appointment, The two colors we were considering were parked up front for us. Brittany was knowledgeable and engaging, walking us through all of the features and functions. Once we chose our vehicle (with a few custom add-ons) Brittany helped us navigate all of the mechanical and digital wizardry. She even gave us her personal cell number to call us and when we have questions. Overall the experience was very positive and relational vs. transactional. Execptional Service & Wonderful Experience As a 1st time buyer, I knew the car shopping process was going to be long. When I came to Valley Honda I never felt hasseled or chased down by sales c As a 1st time buyer, I knew the car shopping process was going to be long. When I came to Valley Honda I never felt hasseled or chased down by sales consulates trying to make a commision off my purchase. After browsing, there was a handful of sales counslants around. When I was ready, I met Brittany who has such a friendly and inviting personaility. I told her exaclty what car I was looking at on the lot and she immeditaly got me set up for a test drive. From that point on, Brittany was my go to girl at Valley Honda. She even provided me updates on a car I had seen on their lot that had not yet gone through inspection. About one week after my first visit to Valley Honda, I was back and ready to purchase a car. I saw a car via their website, gave Brittany a call, and she had it ready to go by the time I got there. When I was ready to finance, she was very knowledge and connected me with other people from Valley Honda like the sales manger. In the end, she helped me find the perfect car for me at a price I could afford. Even after my purchase, Brittany has made herself avaiable to me for whatever else I may need. She has really made my first time buy such a breeze and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase at Valley Honda. More
