I called the dealership Saturday morning about a used Honda Pilot my wife saw on-line and was connected to JD. I let him know we would be stopping in if it was still available. He checked on it and called back in just a few minutes and stated that is was. When we arrived JD had the car all ready to look over and test drive. The vehicle was spotless. JD gave us very detailed information about the car. He knows his Honda’s. After the test drive my wife and I were very interested in sitting down with JD to go over a selling price. He gave us a tour of the dealership, which is very impressive. From the moment we met JD he was never pushy about buying. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and likeable. In the end we purchased the Pilot and are extremely happy with it. After the purchase JD sat in the car with us to go over all the instrumentation and showed us how to enter phone numbers on Bluetooth. It was really a great car buying experience and when it’s time to replace our other vehicle we will be going back to Valley Honda to see JD. More

We went trough 3 or 4 car before exploring option of a new car. I was skeptical because recently moved. Cristina was charismatic and extremely helpful. She connected with us . She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles not only in performance and specs but in availability of options and how they worked. We asked a ton of questions and Cristina had limitless patience. I never thought I could afford a brand new car but she help us on the entire process. In lest than 4 hours we got a brand new Honda! Easiest Car Purchase Ever! I always dreaded going to a car dealership to purchase a new vehicle, and often hissed at the sales team when being approached. It’s just always been such a stressful experience. My experience at Valley Honda, however, could not have gone any better. I highly recommend Brandon Brabec as a salesperson! Highly! He was very accommodating to me and my 4 year old, he recommended cars that were within my price range, and made the whole transaction (start to finish) very easy and non-stressful. His sales manager also made us feel taken care of and appreciated. Overall, best purchase experience I’ve had, and will absolutely recommend this dealer to friends and family. More

We asked Cristina how long she worked there and were very surprised to find out she was fairly new. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles not only in performance and specs but in availability of options and how they worked. We asked a ton of questions and Cristina had limitless patience. Having not set out to purchase a car, we had shown up quite late to the dealership but no one was rushing us out (probably because we were making a purchase :) ). I never thought I could afford a brand new car but Cristina and Kevin made it happen. We left getting a really great deal that perfectly worked with our budget.
