As it turned out we had to buy two Honda piolt Turings On May 30th 2018 we bought a Honda Pilot AWH, Turing. On July 27th, 2018 we had an accident and totaled our new vehicle. The left side and both front air bags went off, the glass was smashed out of the drivers door, the engine was twisted in the front. We are both 81 years old and received some major bruises and sore ribs. Because of the construction of the Honda Pilot and the blessings from God. We celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary on Aug 19th, 2018 with our five adult children, their spouses, 12 grandchildren, and four greatgrandchildren and other family members. The results of the accident convenced me to buy another Honda Pilot. On both occasions we delt with Kengle before the first negotiations were settled I had talked to the owner and two general managers at Valley Honda. Ken did a good job answering all of my questions. Ken introduced me to Kathy, that I was to talk to if he was not avaliable. I would rate Ken and Rose a five in terms of customer relations. More

When we went over features of the different models he was honest about the benefits and he understood that we really would not use them. My wife and I went back and fourth on the color and not once did he seem frustrated. He went to the extent to drive us over to there big lot to see all the colors at once. He went above and beyond our expectations. The manager Jack, was patient as well. He also was efficient, meaning he did not draw out the pricing process which is usually the painful part. It was not painful at all. My wife and I are happy about the price. She is thrilled with the color. Thank you Honda. We will only be buying our cars from you. More
