Even when we stepped down a trim level, he kept the higher priced Pilot in the conversation, but was never pushy trying to get us back up to the higher priced vehicle. So, with no hassle, Cesar was able to put together a great deal for us in about 3 hours total: 1 visit, 2 email, and 2 phone calls and the deal was done. We were back the following day and we were signed, sealed, delivered and out the door with a brand new SUV.
