A Higher Level of Professionalism Ramon Castillo and Valley Honda were a breath of fresh air for us in the midst of our recent car buying experience. When we started our process, we weren’t sure if we wanted an SUV or a minivan. In our quest to narrow things down, we visited ten dealerships and test drove 12 different vehicles. With all of the experience from visiting so many dealerships under our belts, we can say with confidence that there was something quite different about our experience at Valley Honda. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted and introduced to Ramon Castillo, our sales consultant. After discussing our needs, we test drove both a Honda Pilot and a Honda Odyssey. We liked Ramon immediately; he was a consummate professional—very knowledgeable and patient as we learned about the pros and cons of each vehicle and determined which would best fit our family’s needs. After being at so many other dealerships and working with so many other consultants,, we found working with Ramon to be a true pleasure. Based on this, when we later decided that we wanted to do an extended test drive of the Odyssey, there was no question that we would reach out to Ramon to facilitate the process. Even after the extended drive, though, he did not push us to make a decision or pester us with multiple contacts as other consultants and dealerships did. Rather, he occasionally checked in with us to see if he could be of assistance. We did ultimately choose to purchase an Odyssey and again found Ramon, along with sales manager Kevin Frank, to be a pleasure to work with. They were straight forward and very fair as we negotiated a sales price and trade value. I couldn’t have asked them to have made what could be an intense process more pleasant. When we picked the vehicle up and handled the paperwork, Ramon was great with our entire family, even leading our three-year-old through some activities in the Valley Honda coloring book they keep on hand to occupy little ones. Little did I know when we were paired with Ramon during our first day that we would have such a positive experience and walk away not only with a great new car and an exceptional deal, but also with a new friend. I will certainly send anyone in the market to Valley Honda and strongly encourage them to work with Ramon Castillo. More
