2018 Pilot I started off making an online inquiry about a e-price on the 2018 Pilot. He sent a couple “check-in” emails and when I was ready I let him know the date and time I would be in. He greeted me and we got right into what I wanted and how I wanted to get there. He let me dictate th process and was constantly asking questions to fully understand my needs. We came to an agreement on price/trade and the deal was finalized. He was there the whole time and responded quickly to every question or concern. He saw me off at the end of the transaction and thanked me for my business. He has since followed up twice with phone calls to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle and to see if I had any questions. Professional, energetic and knowledgeable.
