I've looked at the civic hb at other dealership, so I know what I wanted. Ken was my sales consultant and walked me through different options, but ultimately it comes down to the color and finish I wanted. I'm particular with a black interior on white, and they don't have it, not within 1000 miles! So we ended up agreeing on a deal, and valley honda start pulling strings to find my car. 3 months later, the car is in the dealership. Ken sent me a picture and we have to finalize a lease vs buy. Honda financing are able to work out an excellent rate for me and I drove home with what I wanted. Everyone is great to work with and very personable. They all do their spiel to sell their customer more accessories and service, but they are not pushy. Some items I know it's better handled by their service team, and some I can buy online. So overall it's not too bad if you do your research and know what you need. Great team! More
