They have plenty of things to do if you were waiting for your car to be serviced. The sophisticated coffee station was a plus! Kevin was our dealer and he was incredibly helpful. He patiently and thoroughly took his time to go over each step of the process. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or pressured.
