Randall was fantastic but admitted he was already tied up with 2 other customers so offered to hand us off to Andrew -- who turned out to be a total pleasure to work with. We had no intention of actually buying on this visit - we were planning to just get as much info as possible to help in our decision making process. I think Andrew was just as surprised as we were when we left that evening with our brand new Pilot. This is a true testament to Andrew's ability to answer all our questions and leave us feeling completely at ease -- not an easy thing to accomplish with us!! This is our first Honda but based on our experience thus far, I definitely don't expect it to be our last!! More
