When I called Joe back to let him know that I went with another vehicle, he was kind and said he would be there when I need the next car and to be sure to reach out to him. Thirteen months later, I walked BACK into the dealership and asked for Joe Barsalona. He just smiled when he saw us. ;-) Then asked, "what can I do for you"? If an "I told you so" was ever appropriate it was then, but instead he led us over to the 2016 Honda Accord Sedan EXL-V6 and I FELL IN LOVE! Communication prior to the deal was thorough and consistent. All things conveyed were accurate. Andy was ready for us when we arrived and he had our chosen vehicle ready as well. No car dealer games were even attempted which is a big plus. All went smoothly and well. It was in the run through of the vehicle that Andy shone most brightly. He was super patient, very knowledgeable and fully explained the new features and even some of the ones that had been on the older vehicle we were replacing that we had never used! At no point did we feel like we were dealing with a "salesman" and that is a big compliment. Andy took the time to make sure that we knew our new vehicle and further gave the assurance that he will be there for us no matter the question or circumstance. We've had a Honda Accord from another dealer, but Brandon and Jab have won us over to Valley Honda. Although our CR-V wasn't in stock, the dealer ordered it for us, and Brandon kept us apprised of the status. When the vehicle arrived, the pick-up and payment process was simple, and was professionally managed. When we declined some of the options offered, we never felt pressured to change our minds. We first did a test drive of the CR-V at that other local dealer, but the salesperson there ignored almost every word we said, instead sticking with his canned pitch. We later wrote back with the exact specs for the vehicle we wanted, and his reply ignored those specifics. We were invited to give feedback to the sales manager, but he never returned our call. That other dealer could learn a lot from the folks at Valley. More
