(And that is coming from someone who ab We just purchased a new Honda from Andy at Valley Honda and I have to say the entire experience was terrific. (And that is coming from someone who absolutely dreaded having to go in search of a new vehicle). When I first went to the dealership to start shopping, I let Andy know I was just doing research at that point and he totally respected this and did not try to pressure me into anything. Finally, maybe 6 months later, I was ready for a purchase and Andy did everything in his power to help make the selection process painless. In the end, I drove away with a new car that had everything in it I wanted (absolutely no buyers remorse...more of a...why didn't I do this sooner thought). Along with that, he sat with me in the vehicle before I drove away as long as I needed to understand all of the controls (I had a LOT of questions) and never once did I feel rushed. Andy was truly wonderful to work with and I highly recommend him to others in search of a new vehicle...his customer service skills are off the charts. You know, that made me think of one other thing that is off the charts with Andy...his attention to detail...he as an eagle eye. I will also say that this dealership is really nice! The mechanic area is spotless, the waiting area has so many conveniences, the bays the cars sit in the day you go to finally make your purchase....just sitting there in as clean and shiny as ever. This dealership has thought of everything possible to satisfy their customers on every level. And the facility overall is soooooooooooo clean!!!!! I give everything here 5 stars!!!! More

another satisfied customer I have been considering the new 2016 Honda Pilot for over a year now -- saw it at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show and loved it (my trade-in was a 2009 Pilo I have been considering the new 2016 Honda Pilot for over a year now -- saw it at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show and loved it (my trade-in was a 2009 Pilot, which has been a great, reliable car). When I reached out to Valley Honda in August 2015, Andrew Becker answered my call and gave me more information. When I told him I wasn't quite ready to make a decision, he promised to keep in touch, and he did check in with me regularly. No pressure -- just seeing if he could answer any questions I might have. I was still considering another vehicle but finally decided on the Pilot in November. Andrew helped me with an online/factory order to get exactly what I wanted, and was very easy to deal with. He kept me up to date on the inventory projections as best he could (I had to wait over 2 months for an Elite... they just can't keep these on the lots because of demand). All the while, Andrew checked in with me regularly. When it finally came in mid-January, the delivery process was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely work with Andrew again and recommend him. Very, very happy with my Pilot Elite! More
