" Are you being helped", on a busy Saturday. My husband and I made a visit to Valley Honda on a very busy Saturday. Jim Hanahan asked if we were being helped and from there he was most gracious My husband and I made a visit to Valley Honda on a very busy Saturday. Jim Hanahan asked if we were being helped and from there he was most gracious in helping us look at vehicles, discussing our options and answering our questions. He showed us the service center and arranged for my husband to talk with a mechanic (Tony), about his concerns about the cvt. He even stayed well beyond closing time to help with our needs. Jim was very polite and did not pressure us into buying. One week later, Jim found our new 2016 Accord. He was very detailed oriented when showing us the features on new the car. Great experience buying our 2016 CRV Touring Enjoyed talking with Dan Pantalone about a 2015 CRV EX-L over the course of several months and then at the last minute decided to buy a 2016 CRV Touri Enjoyed talking with Dan Pantalone about a 2015 CRV EX-L over the course of several months and then at the last minute decided to buy a 2016 CRV Touring, so we could get the color we wanted. We finished the purchase on New Years day. Dan was not available that day, so Joe Barsalona took over to complete the sale to make us the proud owners of a great CRV. When we picked it up 6 days later, due to accessory installation, Joe gave us the grand tour of our new car and how to operate all the knobs and buttons.
