She worked with me to find just the car I wanted. I truly enjoyed her warm, honest, funny personality. She made a usually stressful experience a fun and relaxing one. My previous car was a 2010 CRV and I bought a 2012 Certified CRV. She took the time to point out and explain all the new features and changes that this model year has. I did a lot of research before making my purchase, and feel very good about the car and deal I got. I would highly recommend asking for Karina if you are considering a new car! More

Had to walk away from 2016 Honda Pilot Touring Purchase Dealt with Jonathan Olivares. Received Internet email quote from him on October 22nd. Test drove Pilot Touring on same day, October 22nd. Put down Dealt with Jonathan Olivares. Received Internet email quote from him on October 22nd. Test drove Pilot Touring on same day, October 22nd. Put down $500 deposit on October 26th in order to get our color selection and "place in production line" for a Lunar Silver 2016 Honda Pilot AWD Touring. Vehicle came in on 11/11. My wife and I made arrangements (babysitter, time off of work) for Monday, November 16th to purchase our Pilot. My wife and I spent 2+ hours at the dealership filling out credit apps, talking about accessories, etc. Then I asked him to talk about the price, but was told the price was the price. I told him that part of every vehicle purchase I was ever involved in included a healthy discussion about the price. However, he said it was a firm price. He talked with his Sales Manager, Jab, who said nothing could be done. Looking at the email quote I received on 10/22, it officially expired on 10/30 (I was there to purchase on 11/16). I told him that I have never purchased a vehicle at MSRP, and I was not going to start. Sales Manager (Jab), who also said he spoke with the the General Manager was unwilling to move at all on the price. I even produced a valid competing Internet quote (from that morning 11/16) that was significantly below MSRP and asked him to match that, or come even close. He was still unwilling to budge, just staring at me and my wife. I was in complete disbelief that I had to walk away from such a significant purchase of the exact vehicle we have been wanting. Jab was very defiant and stated he was very confident that he can sell it for MSRP or above. I am sure he can, but to rub it in our face is very, very unprofessional. He simply was unwilling to negotiate at all with us on anything, like accessories, protection package, and obviously not price. At the very last minute (as he realized we were going to walk out of the dealership) he came down $200. That is a waste of my time, my family's time, and my money to take that much time out of my Monday morning (and other time with test drive, etc.) to not be willing to gain a new customer. Does Valley Honda understand how important "new customers" are with getting those service $$$? In this case, obviously not. I am a longtime Honda customer (previously owning Pilot and Accord vehicles), However, due to this unprofessional potential customer service experience with Valley Honda, I will never purchase a vehicle from them. Additionally, it is my consumer responsibility to let others know of my horrible experience. I have since gone to another Chicagoland Honda dealership to purchase the same vehicle at a much lower price than MSRP, even though I have had to wait much longer. More

My wife was even happy with the experience as she hates car shopping. Came to this dealer based on previous experience, bought my daughter a Civic there is September 2014 and has great service on a old 2002 Civic. I would recommend Dave Kemp to anyone, very knowledgeable and no sales pressure. Car price was very good but dealer options, extended warranty and protection package is pricey even thought they discounted the extended warranty and protection package. More

Little disappointed Didn't have enough time or info to make the right decisions.
