It's very spacious and airy with lots of amenities such as free coffee, dozens of computers and comfortable chairs to wait in if you are there for service. The service area was very clean ... practically sparkling even. They made us feel like valued customers from the moment we stepped foot inside the door. Their cars are beautifully displayed with plenty of room for the whole family to walk around them and see all their features. Secondly, Joe Barsalona was WONDERFUL! No high pressure tactics from this guy! It was like buy a car from my uncle. He completely understood our needs and really listened to us. He was very patient and friendly and made sure we got what we wanted. In fact, everyone was from the receptionist to the service people to the finance people. Valley Honda does customer service the "old school" way and we are so happy to have found them! More
