Helpful, straightforward, and personable I test drove about 6 cars and 3 dealerships before coming the Valley Honda. Great I have dream of having a CRV Honda for 15yrs, something always got in the way and cause me to settle for something else. I came to Valley Honda on October 24th, hoping but knowing I won't have that CRV. He is a very professional salesperson who is pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. As a result of this, he is also a friend. I have also had the pleasure to meet other staff and work with some of them too. Jab Rahman was very efficient and accommodating. Don Davis helped resolve some issues in the most professional and comfortable way. He is excellent. A brief moment in the finance department with Mari Rios was pleasant, efficient and fun, which is not always the case in finance departments. I have had much experience with many dealerships over the years, some good and some not so good. But, by far this has been the best all round experience. Their service department and staff are also some of the nicest and best I've encountered. I highly recommend Valley Honda in Aurora, Illinois. More
