Most Pleasant Car Dealings of My Life Narrowed my choices down to a couple of different cars (VW Passat and Honda Accord) and test drove both. Explained to both sales people that I hate car dealings and just wanted a fair price quickly so that I could think about it and make my decision after sleeping on it. The VW dealer salesperson took roughly an hour giving me different prices and playing games. Completely turned off by the experience, I decided against buying a VW, at least from that dealer. Went to Valley Honda to test drive the Accord. I explained to my salesperson, Zain, that I hate car dealings and that I just wanted to test drive an Accord and get a fair price to think it over. He listened to what I said and did exactly that. He explained the different types/levels of Accords and all of the features and had me test drive a couple of different Accords. Zain was friendly, informative, and not pushy at all. When we talked price, he gave me a great one within a few minutes. I left and thought about the Accord. Zain agreed to contact me only by email as I hate the phone. I liked that. The price was great, I had a good vibe from Zain, and I liked the high ratings I read online about Valley Honda, so I soon asked Zain if he could secure an Accord with the exterior and interior colors I liked. He had it the next day and I went into the dealership to get the car. Zain made the process painless. Heck, he made it enjoyable. That's right. I had an enjoyable, pleasant experience getting a new car. I can still barely believe it. I love my Accord and am so happy to have dealt with Zain to get it. More

Fixed Door Rattle in New Accord Had an annoying door rattle in my new Accord driver door. Tried to figure it out myself, but just couldn't. Took it in to the service department and was helped by Chad. He had Luis drive around with me so that he could hear the rattle. Luis heard it and said he had some ideas about what it could be. Chad said he would call me when it was fixed. After a short while they narrowed down where the rattle was coming from and fixed it. I am so thankful and happy. I love my Accord and am so glad to be free of that annoying rattle. My experience with the service department could not have gone better. More

When we got to the dealership we asked to speak to Mr. Poole, he took us right out to the car answered all of our questions and we took our car home later that day. overall, i had a great time. the staff was friendly and amenities at the dealership were also really nice.
