I had been looking online and had two I wanted to look at/test drive (both used '12 Accord sedans) at Valley. I met w/ Andrew after work on a Monday (about 7pm) and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. We test drove both of them and I was ready to buy one that evening. It was nice to have Andrew attentive to us but not pressuring at all. Valley was able to come down some on the price and close the deal that night! We ended up staying past normal closing time to finish everything; all of the staff I met were friendly and easy to work with. I was happy with Andrew and would recommend him and this dealership to others...it definitely met my expectations and I would purchase more vehicles here (and work w/ Andrew) in the future. More

I had so many things go wrong that delayed my purchase and he hung in there with me emailing me periodically and being very patient with me. When I finally got to take a test drive I sealed the deal with him the same day which actually surprised me. I hadn't negotiated a deal for a car in a very long time and was a bit nervous. It was really quite an easy exchange and I was pleased with the end result. I now have a brand new fully loaded Honda Accord sitting in my garage and I am very please with the car, with Jonathan and all the people that I met at the dealership.
