In all that time, if I go in for an oil change, I get an oil change. I don't get the service guy coming back and saying, "...and you need a new Johnson Rod too... 500 bucks". Once we visited we were very impressed with how nice and big it was and all the amenities, and most of all with the quality of customer service. We had a good experience working with Kevin H. In sales at this dealership. He was respectful and worked with us to get a deal we were happy with. It's really important to me to feel like I am working with a salesman that knows his stuff and that is honest with me and works to give me a fair price, and Kevin was all of these things. The manager, Kevin (lots of Kevins here!) was also easy to work with and Rosemarie in finance was great. If we ever buy a Honda again we will come here first. He asked what I wanted to see and showed it to me right away. He let me know my options and gave me plenty of time to think things through and was happy to let me test drive whatever I needed to. he was very personable and helpful in my decision making but did not try to push any car on me. During the sale he helped me do whatever I can to take the car home that day and let me keep my car their overnight to do so. The sales manager was extremely nice and the finance team found me a better deal then I was initially told I would get. Overall a great experience all the way through and I'm definitely coming back whenever I get my next car. More
