She was very professional and worked with us to set-up the scheduling for both the repair and the accessory add-ons at the same time. Moreover, she communicated with us throughout the whole entire process and made sure we understood the timing, costs, and just managed our expectations so so well. We liked how well she helped us that we purchased another Honda and had accessories added on to that vehicle. Kristina again was just incredible to work with and made sure we had the right parts, et cetera. Overall, we were just very happy with Kristina's help and the great service and support we received at Valley Honda. Highly, highly recommend this dealership. They just do it right! More
I went in to have my 2019 Honda civic serviced, looked at the new cars & found a 2026 Honda civic I lived. Edgar helped me find the one that what I was looking for. Can't say enough good things about the service department staff. Had trouble getting the headlight out (embarrassing) of my Pilot and called the dealership to see if they could fix it. Full disclosure, I als staff. Had trouble getting the headlight out (embarrassing) of my Pilot and called the dealership to see if they could fix it. Full disclosure, I also mistakenly pulled out the parking bulb before attempting the headlight and it didn't work after I put it back. I got to the dealership fully expecting to overpay for the "repair". First off, smiles all around after 7pm on a snowy night - very welcoming. Then, they used the replacement bulbs I already purchased - what??? Next, after replacing the 2 headlight bulbs (in less than 30 seconds - which added to the embarrassment), they offered to fix the parking bulb I messed with. When it was all said and done, I was in and out in about 5-7 minutes, everyone was very pleasant/nice/welcoming and the best part - my bill was $9 - I was only charged for the new bulb. These folks are fantastic! Thank you Marco Maldonado for taking the lead, Jose (I think) in the parts department and the other gentleman in the garage for the repairs. Great experience! More

4 weeks back Came to get my mileage checked up. Instead got a recoemnded oil change plus not sure what happened to the tyres. Tires started to make a sound as if it was rubbing against something. Called up the dealership today to ask if they are willing to do an alignment at 3:40 pm on a Saturday( they close at 4:00 pm) Got a response that yes, they will take up anything that comes in by 4:00 pm. Reached the service center at 3:40 pm and the service advisor said No, cannot get it done today ! Guess better to avoid Valley Honda service center altogether. More

I am always treated with respect, not talked down to and the biggest thing, not forced into any unnecessary repairs. In the last 12 years I have dealt with every service rep. and have never had anything but exceptional service. To their credit I recently rolled over 200,000 miles, and my CRV is still going strong.Thank you everyone at Valley Honda!! More

One of the reason I bought from Valley is because of your service dept I did lot of research before buying and not one person had anything bad to say about it only how excellent it was and I found out why every person I had contact with today was so pleasant and the job was even completed eairler then expected After coming from Hyundai service dept for the last 10 years it was a nightmare .
