The service center is also excellent. We had a clear bra put on a few days afterwards as well as a windshield chip repaired and I was impressed with their speed and efficiency in getting the work done. I literally relaxed upon my couch at home while a worked out the details of the deal with Saber Boudjada over the phone, including the trade in of my 2011 Outback. When the car was ready I was given a specified appointment time, which included up to the minute instructions on its new bells and whistles, introduced to the various elements of the dealership, including the highly rated service department, and taken for a test ride before I was sent home with the new baby on my own. The usually onerous chat with the finance department was without pressure and led to some good choices regarding a service contract. This is a good company and I will continue to do business there. My salesman Dylan was a pleasure to work with, and didn't try to BS me or pressure me. There were questions he couldn't answer, so he went and found out the answer. I was pleased that he did that rather than try to make up something. the financing went well, and again I felt like all of my questions were answered honestly, and it took less than an hour. I would definitely recommend buying from Valley, and if you have a chance, ask for Dylan. More
