VB has a good service department, but they have seemingly grown very fast in the past few years making it a challenge sometimes to get in and out with VB has a good service department, but they have seemingly grown very fast in the past few years making it a challenge sometimes to get in and out without leaving the vehicle there for most of the day for even simple quick lane services. Scheduled appointments are a little better, but for anything more than a std “the works” service, expect to drop off the vehicle and arrange for your own transportation unless it is a new vehicle purchased there for warranty service, as I believe that is usually when I’m offered a loaner. Recommendations to management include lending consideration to scaling up the facilities and service advisor and tech personnel. More
