I can't speak highly enough of my Claxton and my experience with Van Bortel Ford. I've purchased and leased several vehicles and have always received a fair deal. The rippling affect of COVID affected us with a near fatal crash and our Van being destroyed. Our sales rep, Steve Miller and Van Bortel Ford are working to make our business whole again. While other dealerships are gouging and taking advantage of Van shortages due to COVID production shutdowns by marking up as much as $30k over RETAIL and lying about availability, Van Bortel Ford continues to "hold the line" by continuing to offer their honest "No Nonsense" deals. Ongoing customer relationships over gouging for profit is their priority. Their continued ethics and integrity even in trying times make them our Dealership of choice for over 10 years. More

Stopped for tire air. Currently drive Chevy bought at Van Bortel but didn't know if I could stop at Van Bortel Ford. The Ford service people were extremely nice and made me feel welcomed.
