As a 3-time President's Award winning dealership we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. It is a shame that this transaction could not be completed properly. When one of the buyers will not come to the dealership to sign paperwork we require that their signature be properly notarized to prevent identity theft and fraud. We did not intend to accuse you of identity theft or fraud. Since you were unable to have the finance contract notarized, we could not release the vehicle. There were no internal errors, the process was explained from the start. The stickers and plastic sear covers had been removed when the truck was prepped for delivery. Records show that the new Raptor had 10 miles on it when it came off the car carrier and has only 21 miles on it today, over a week later.
